Furry Picnic at Starved Rock State Park, May 31st

Hello everyone. The planned picnic is still a go. But unfortunately due to
the fact I'm not working now, I'll have to ask everyone that is planning on
coming out to bring their own food and drink. I just can't afford to do what
I had originally wanted. I do have charcoal, condiments, and plastic
tableware and plates and glasses. Sorry for the change in format, but I did
not foresee myself being out of work again. Still, it should be a fun event.
So far I have heard from 9 furs that they are planning to be there, and a
couple of maybes. If you are thinking of coming and need directions, let me
know and I'll get them to you. It's pretty easy though. Starved Rock State
Park is located just south of Utica, IL off of I-80. Follow the signs from
the exit through Utica on Rt. 178. The main entrance is to the left, just
past the Illinois River bridge. Upon entering the park, take the first left
turn, about 1/2 mile into the park, and follow the road to the left. There
is a sign that says Boat Launch where you turn. I'll have a posterboard sign
either on my car or nearby that says LAFF. My car is easy to spot too...
