Today was my first day at the job with Manpower. It went well. My shelving replacement project doesn't start until Monday, so today and for the rest of the week, I'll be working in the shipping and receiving department, where I do have a lot of experience. We put about a bajillion boxes of premade auto trim pieces away today... not bad. Then we had 5 pallets of paint to contend with... 5 gallon buckets of paint, in other words, heavy stuff! It didn't help that we had a hard time finding one of the packing slips... who's bright idea was it to stick it between two buckets of paint where no one could see it? Sheesh, some people seem to think hiding paperwork is funny. Not to me. Oh well, I found it eventually. I'm heading out for some food and a shower now. Seeya later.
