Update on the Vixen

Ok, I now have a working phone, if anyone wants to call me. (815) 883-8699 Probably the best times to catch me here would be in the evenings. Also, on the Great Job Search... I just called in to Manpower to do the weekly reporting, and they have offered me a position at a place about 8 miles from me, assembling shelving units to store automotive parts. 1st shift, so that is good. The pay is low... $6.50/hr, but hey, it's a job! At this point, any job is a good one. I go in later today for the orientation and to pick up paperwork, so I think I start work tomorrow. This is good, being as I have not had a paying job since May 5th of last year, other than 2 days at McDonalds, after which when I became sick, they didn't let me return. So I think things are finally turning around for me. I'm still waiting on my Federal Tax Refund.... supposedly, it was direct deposited on Feb 14, but my bank shows no record of it yet. Also, I'm hoping my final unemployment check shows up in the mail today. I have $22 in my wallet right now... and I need to gas up the car today.

Coolies,I'll send you and number to both myself and Pouncer in e-mail. That's true it's a job,you should see what I said about work today in my entry. I hope you do get the money that you need there.

Here is a ICQ question,do you have to have a number for that,or can you make a handle ?

It's run by a number.. but you can set your handle to whatever you want. I prefer ICQ the best, as most people I talk to use it. AIM is my second choice.

I see about ICQ. Well...I'll IM you sometime there on AIM,since you won't be able to see my screen name popup,due to the options I have set on my IM. Thanks for answering my question. :)
