I am hereby responsible ONLY for bills that I myself ran up, not any that Spectra ran up on her own. I am not responsible for any past due bills of hers either, nor the cost of care for her ferret in MN. She is responsible for her own finances, I am not going to play "mommy" to her any more.

I know exactly what you mean. I am stuck with a fair amount of credit card debt only because I was the one with the decent credit.
