Today I turn 39. Wow. What can I say. I've seen so much in my lifetime, some good, some bad, but it's all a part of my history, and even if I do have several regrets about how things turned out in the past, they have all had a part in making me who and what I am today.

Thank you all who sent me emails or bday greetings here on LJ. You are all appreciated so much by me. I'm all alone again this year, but for the first time in my life, I don't feel alone, because of you, my friends, and because of one extra special bunny in Nashville, [livejournal.com profile] cloverr. Whom I love very very much. Her special LJ post to me yesterday touched this old vixen's heart in a way that made me cry tears of happiness. I don't know what I would do without her, or all of you, my friends too.

I'm sitting in Madison, GA at a TA, waiting to get my truck into the shop for a PM (Preventative Maintenance), which is a fancy term for an oil change and lube, with filter change. We have to get these done every 30,000 miles. Heck I just had one done the week after MFM... the miles sure do fly by for me it appears. But that's ok, as each mile I drive pays me a little bit more. I've been to every state in the continental US now, except for North Dakota, and Rhode Island. I've driven over 55,000 miles since starting on May of this year. I've been places I never heard of and have seen things that everyone should see in their lives. I just purchased a Canon Powershot A-75 digital camera the other day and am going to start taking pics of the more interesting things I encounter on my travels and post them here for sharing. Soon at least... I have to figure out how to use the crazy thing yet. *grins*

I listen to a lot of music on the road, to help pass the time, and have reaffirmed to myself that the following is my most favorite song of all time. It's sad in a way, yet it speaks of hopes for the future at the same time. I'll post the lyrics behind a cut to save you from reading if you don't care to do so. But please do, and listen to this when you have the chance.

I just have now uploaded this beautiful song to my website, and it can be downloaded at the following link.
