I got a new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting Monday, I'll be working at Cougar Industries, where my friend Kodiak![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
hazardous_roo works. 1st shift, 7AM to 3:30 PM Mon - Fri, presently through Manpower, but this is a temp to hire situation, and I'll finally be making a decent wage of $8.50/hr. Doing machining and assembly of, of all things, industrial vibrators.
*waits to see what kind of reaction a Vixen making Vibrators gets*
So screw the telemarketing job. hehehe. I'm sure that will make some of my more outspoken friends very happy to hear it.
In another area of my life, I have finally found some place to get affordable counseling, thanks toyotewah This is something I know I've been needing for a long time, as yes, this Vixen does suffer from depression, as I'm sure a lot of you have realized. I have an intake session next week in the evening, not sure what day yet, I'll find out Tuesday after going in to fill out the rest of the plethora of paperwork.
Plethora... there's a word I bet some of you haven't heard in a while.
LAFF softball game in Waukegan tomorrow. YAY! Always fun. Kodiak will be riding up with me. Still haven't heard from Peanuts if he's going to make it or not. I've got a gift forquasiskunk too to take along... plus a bunch of ribbing to give him for missing the last game. *hugs the SkunkieButt* Ya know I love ya, Quasi!
